Scope of Works
 
The works will include:
 
Isolate gas, water and electrical supplies
Drain down existing heating system as required
Remove and dispose of existing combination boiler
Supply and install new A-rated high efficiency combination boiler
(e.g. Worcester Bosch / Vaillant / Ideal – or equivalent)
Connect to existing:
Flow and return pipework
Gas supply
Cold water mains feed
Hot water outlet
Electrical supply
Install new flue (standard horizontal flue up to 1 metre)
Install new magnetic system filter
Install new system inhibitor
Fill, bleed and pressurise system
Test for gas soundness and safe operation
Full commissioning to manufacturer’s instructions
Register appliance with Gas Safe and Building Control
Issue Gas Safe certificate and Benchmark logbook

What’s Not Included (Exclusions)
 
This fixed price assumes a standard like-for-like installation.
 
The following are not included and may incur additional costs if required:
 
Powerflushing of the heating system
Upgrading gas pipe sizing
New flue routes, vertical flues, or flues over 1m
Relocation of boiler
Condensate pumps or complex condensate routing
System conversions (e.g. conventional/system to combi)
New hot water pipework runs
Electrical upgrades or new circuits
Replacement of radiators or pipework
Smart controls (unless added as an extra)
Asbestos removal
Making good to decorations, boxing-in or cupboards
Structural alterations or carpentry works
 
Online Booking Conditions
 
This online fixed-price quote is based on the following assumptions:
 
The existing boiler is a combination boiler
The new boiler is installed in the same location
Existing pipework, flue route and gas supply are compliant and serviceable
Incoming water pressure and flow rate are suitable for a combi system
No major system faults are present
 
If, upon attendance, the installation is found to be non-standard or outside the scope, we will advise of any additional costs before proceeding with works.
 
No work will continue without client approval.
 
Access & Preparation
 
The client must ensure:
 
Clear and safe access to the boiler location
Gas meter and main stop tap are accessible
Electricity is available on site
All radiators and pipework are accessible
 
Payment Terms (Online)
 
Full payment required at time of booking
Booking confirms acceptance of this quotation and terms
Installation date confirmed upon payment
 
Important Notes
 
This is a fixed price for standard installations only
Any non-standard works will be quoted separately
Manufacturer warranty is subject to system condition and compliance
In some cases, a powerflush may be required to validate warranty
All works carried out in accordance with Gas Safe regulations
