Description of Works
 
Following your online booking, Surrey & Hampshire Property Services will carry out a full professional powerflush of the central heating system ( 5 - 10 radiators).
 
A powerflush is designed to remove sludge, magnetite, corrosion debris and contaminants from radiators and pipework, restoring system efficiency, improving heat output and protecting boilers, pumps and valves from premature failure.
 
This service is strongly recommended:
 
When installing a new boiler
Where radiators are cold or slow to heat
Where the system has noisy circulation
To maintain manufacturer warranty conditions
 
Scope of Works
 
The works will include:
 
Isolate boiler and electrical supplies as required
Connect professional powerflushing machine to heating system
Add system cleaning chemicals
Flush each radiator individually using high flow and agitation
Reverse flush to dislodge sludge and debris
Monitor water clarity throughout process
Clean system until water runs clear
Drain system and remove flushing equipment
Install corrosion inhibitor chemicals
Refill, bleed and repressurise system
Test circulation and radiator performance
Reinstate boiler and test full operation

Online Booking Conditions
 
This fixed-price service is based on the following assumptions:
 
Heating system is accessible and operational
All radiators are fitted with functioning valves
No major system leaks are present
Adequate water and power supply available
 
If faults are identified that prevent safe or effective flushing, we will advise of any additional works required before proceeding.
 
Access & Preparation
 
The client must ensure:
 
Clear access to all radiators
Boiler and controls accessible
Parking available for service vehicle
Electricity and water available
